Impossible. In order to be trapped you must have somehow entered the room. Without a window, hole, or door to climb through you couldn’t even be in there at all. Illogical.

Could you break through the mirror to find a door behind it or step through it entirely?

If there was a door you could simply move the mirror. No need to break it.
